Today I played around with the 60 FPS setting in Explain Everything and on my iPhone. It's really amazing that this can be done with an iPad or iPhone. You can really see the high framerate when I shrink the word 'Hello' and also on the embedded video on the second slide. Apologies for the noise - I was banging my iPad with an Apple Pencil (normally I wear a headset so the microphone doesn't pick up my very deliberate gestures).
