One of my favorite singer-songwriters is Josh Rouse. He has a knack for creating really nice arrangements and really catchy melodies. The beat and 2-chord progression follow a similar pattern to the intro to 'Dressed Up Like Nebraska.' All parts performed with a keyboard or guitar with GarageBand for Mac.
