At the Boston Innovation Summit, @gregkulowiec shared a tool, VideoNotes, that I had never seen before called VideoNot.es. I have looked at other solutions that create ways to take notes and/or time stamp comments on YouTube videos, but this is definitely the most elegant service I have come across, especially with how it directly integrates with Google Drive.
