An article I wrote about one of the cases from a pilot study I conducted two years ago is now available to those who can access journals through school libraries. I don't think I can legally post the entire piece here, but I have posted the abstract and introduction below. You can email me for the full article. Screencasts are useful tools for ordinary software users as well: They help filing report bugs in which the screencasts take the place of potentially unclear written explanations; they help showing others how a given task is accomplished in a specific software environment. Thanks.
